This Refund Policy applies to purchases made in games and services operated by FociiGames Inc. (“FociiGames”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
Everything you can buy in our games is digital content delivered instantly to your account: virtual currency (such as coins, gold, or nuggets) and premium memberships. These are one-time purchases — our games do not auto-renew or bill you on a recurring schedule. When a premium period ends, you simply buy again if you want to continue.
2. Instant delivery & consent
Purchased virtual currency and premium time are credited to your account immediately after payment. Because the content is delivered instantly, you agree at checkout to immediate performance of the purchase.
3. Refunds
- Purchases are generally non-refundable once the virtual currency or premium time has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
- We review refund requests case by case where you are legally entitled to one, or in exceptional circumstances such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed technical failure that prevented delivery.
- If we approve a refund, the corresponding virtual currency and/or premium time is removed from your account.
4. How to request a refund or stop future purchases
There is no self-serve refund button. To ask about a refund, email info@fociigames.com from the address on your account and include the game, the approximate date and amount, and the payment method (Stripe or PayPal). We aim to reply within a few business days. Because purchases do not auto-renew, there is no subscription to cancel — you are never billed again unless you choose to buy again.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing here removes mandatory rights you have under the law of your country or region. In British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada, consumer-protection law may give you certain remedies. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by choosing immediate delivery and starting to use the purchased content before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal for that content. EU consumers can also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Chargebacks & disputes
If a payment is reversed through a refund, PayPal dispute, or card chargeback, the virtual currency and/or premium time granted for that payment is automatically deducted from your account. Opening a chargeback for a legitimately delivered purchase instead of contacting us first may lead to suspension of your account.
7. Payment processors
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Your purchase is also subject to their terms. We never see or store your full card number.
